Probably some eyebrows were raised when Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Seacrest were reportedly spotted out together in Hollywood on Thursday night (June 18), but now, the American Idol host has explained why. Lohan is teaming up with the TV personality for a big-cash TV show. The premise of the series is that real people who are on the wrong track and looking for a second chance are given $1 million to make it happen.
