When Kari was just three years old, she knew she would pursue show biz! She wanted to be Buffy on TV's "Family Affair" series. By the time she was 13, Kari was studying acting and making the rounds of auditions in New York City. In 1983, She was quickly signed by Ford's Model Talent Division. Commercials (for Clairol among others) and Off-Broadway came next and when Kari was 17, she was cast as Virginia Madsen's best girlfriend in the film "Fire With Fire". In between her acting roles, Kari attended NYU's Drama Department and studied with the famed actress/teacher Uta Hagen and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. Though she had recurring roles on the soaps Search For Tomorrow and As The World Turns, it was the Andrew Dice Clay film "Ford Fairlane" that gave her direction and her big break. She realized music was her real dream (and still is). She had a band with a bunch of guys much older than her. They formed an innovative punk rock group called Freudian Slip, and played in clubs like CBGB's. Being hired as co-host of MTV's Remote Control and becoming a VeeJay for that music network was just the step her career really needed. While she's concentrated these days on Movies & TV, Music is very important to her and she has just completed recording an album with her producer, TK. You can hear a couple of.

A bona fide celebrity goddess in her native Mexico, Hayek emigrated in 1991 to Los Angeles, where she willingly plunged to the bottom of the heap in order to take a shot at conquering Hollywood. Intensive lessons, both in English and acting, paid handsome dividends in 1995, when the diminutive dynamo lit a fire under Antonio Banderas in wunderkind director Robert Rodriguez's balletic bullet ballad Desperado. Continuing to collect hunky co-stars, Hayek struck sparks with a Baldwin brother in both Fair Game and Fled, and made an undead love slave out of George Clooney in From Dusk 'Til Dawn. Salma Hayek Internet shrines cropped up like weeds, and in 1997 the sultry spitfire landed her first lead role in the States, playing opposite Friends fave Matthew Perry in the cross-cultural romantic comedy Fools Rush In. The daughter of a Lebanese-descended father and a Spanish-descended mother, Hayek was born and raised in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. Determined to see that her grandchild develop into a ravishing beauty, her grandmother frequently shaved pussy young girls Salma's head and clipped her eyebrows, in the belief that such treatments would add body and sheen to her granddaughter's thick dark locks. Equally determined to see that she became well-educated, Hayek's staunchly Catholic parents shipped her off to a boarding school in Louisiana when she was 12. While the beguiling youngster proved both attentively studious and properly religious, she also displayed a bent for mischief that she chiefly directed against the long-suffering nuns who ran the school: among other infamies, she once slipped into the faculty dormitory and set all of the alarm clocks back three hours. The end result of such she-nun-igans was that Hayek ended up suspended and carted back home after just two years. It only took her two more years to finish high school, and her mother, fearful of the effects "college boys" might have on her impressionable young girls daughter, sent Hayek to Houston, where she lived with an aunt until her 17th birthday. Returning to Mexico once more, Hayek relocated to Mexico City to attend college, where she commenced international relations studies. Though she had harbored acting ambitions since childhood, Hayek had for years been reluctant to seriously pursue such a chancy vocation for fear of alienating her parents. Ultimately, she decided the path of the dutiful daughter and stable career naked girl was one she could not bear to walk and frankly confronted her parents about her aspiration. As she later told one interviewer, "One day I took my dad to lunch. I asked him if he believed in destiny and he said, 'Yes.' And I said, 'Well, I believe it's my destiny to become an actress."' In spite of voluble objections from her family and the derision and disbelief of her friends, Hayek quit college and determinedly embarked on an acting career. She first found work in plays at neighborhood theaters, including one assignment as the heroine of Aladdin and His Marvelous Lamp. Several months of tireless stage work led to jobs making television commercials, which in turn yielded a casting in Nuevo Amanecer, a popular daytime TV serial. With no more experience than that to her credit, Hayek got herself cast as the title character of a second serial, Teresa, the phenomenal popularity of which almost immediately made its fetching young girls star the most fanatically revered actress in Mexico. Not content to settle for the comparatively meager rewards of superstardom, Mexican-style, Hayek set her confident sights on Hollywood, and moved north in 1991. What followed thereafter was a taxing period of adjustment, beginning with an 18-month hiatus from acting that was primarily occupied with English lessons. Also during that period, Hayek studied acting under famed dramatician Stella Adler, and taught herself to drive a car: two days of stick-shift driving convinced her to switch to automatic, and she slowly acquainted herself with the tangled maze of L.A.'s freeways by continually requesting directions from her more streetwise friends via her trusty cellular phone. Hayek's first big break came in 1993, when she spent four months auditioning for a headlining role in Allison Anders's girlz-'n'-the-hood drama Mi Vida Loca. Anders eventually cast another actress in the desired-for lead assignment, but Hayek's tenacity so impressed the director that she gave her a smaller part in the film for the express purpose of enabling the promising young girls actress to qualify for membership in the Screen Actors Guild. Other small roles followed, mostly on television, but it was an appearance on a Spanish-language cable-access talk show that led to Hayek's big breakthrough. While in the process of planning a sequel to his wildly successful debut film, El Mariachi, Mexican-American director Robert Rodriguez happened to tune in to Hayek's talk show appearance during a fit of late-night channel surfing. Mesmerized by the lovely and engaging actress, Rodriguez wasted no time tracking her down, and soon secured her interest in tackling the female lead in his soon-to-be-produced big-studio debut, Desperado. Rodriguez's financial backers initially resisted his choice of Hayek, but the director won them over by showcasing her in his made-for-cable installment of Showtime's Rebel Highway series, Roadracers. A solid commercial success, Desperado also garnered Hayek rave reviews for her show-stopping, saliva-inducing performance. Despite the fact she was disappointingly underrepresented in her next two outings, in the limp thrillers Fair Game and Fled, Hayek's performances nevertheless provided much-needed zip for both projects, and 1997 found her nicely romantically matched in both Fools Rush In and TNT's adaptation of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, in which she portrayed Esmerelda to Mandy Patinkin's Quasimodo.Hayek's film agenda continues to offer a steady diet of roles: She followed her turn in the disco redux 54 with an appearance alongside Will Smith and Kevin Kline in Wild Wild West, and co-starred with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Chris Rock, Linda Fiorentino, and Alan Rickman in Kevin Smith's Dogma. Through her Ventanarosa production company, she co-produced The Velocity of Gary, an offbeat romantic comedy which teamed her with Ethan Hawke and Vincent D'Onofrio, and another of her co-productions, the Mexican feature No One Writes to the Colonel, was recently in competition at Cannes. Hayek is currently filming the biopic Frida, in which she tackles a much-coveted portrayal of painter Frida Kahlo. On a more personal note, Hayek is romantically attached to actor Ed Norton.

Gena Lee Nolin was born in Duluth, Minnesota. She grew up on her family's farm and as a tomboy. Her diet was that of fatty foods. As an athletic child she enjoyed skating, basketball, playing volleyball and softball. She went up for every team in school. When Gena was a little naked girl, she used to have a little blanket that she would play with as she sucked her thumb. Gena had her share of problems with jealous naked girls in High school. Once, she got into a fistfight when a naked girl accused her of stealing her boyfriend even though she had never met him! The naked girl got so jealous, that she came at Gena and started throwing punches. Defending herself, Gena just swung and knocked her out cold. The naked girl was unconscious. Neely's family moved to Las Vegas while she was a senior in High school. Friends kept suggesting that she enter the 'Miss Las Vegas' contest. She won the title! She gained the attention of several Modeling Agencies, winning the 'Ford Agency' and 'Elite Agency' regional 'Look of the Year' contest and the 'Miss Barbizon USA' national title. Gena had breast enhancement surgery in 1993. She went from an 'A' to a 'B' cup. She did it because of her height and thought that it would give her better proportions. She was right, it did. Gena does say that she didn't do it to get parts or win beauty shows. She had no ambition to do anything like that. She met her future husband Greg Fahlman who is a sex video producer, while passing out flyers. In 1994, Gena saw an ad in the paper for a popular, long running game show, 'The Price is right.' In the 'cattle call' audition, she beat out 1,200 other women to become one of the game show's showcase sexy models. For Gena, this was the perfect job. They worked three days a week, filming two shows a day with a ten-day break every two weeks. It allowed her time to continue with her studies and auditions. In that same year, she appeared on the CBS' daytime soap, 'The young girls and the Restless.' Gena portrayed a young girls model named Sandy. Her other credits include the Special 'The 50th Anniversary of the Bikini' (USA NETWORK). Gena also hosted 'The Gena Lee Nolin's Party Games' in Love@AOL on America Online. Gena went on an audition for 'Baywatch.' She read for the producers and had to swim. She hadn't had swimming lessons since she was a child, but she did fine. When she had to read again for them, David Hasselhoff held up a message. It said that she got the part! Not believing it, she kept on reading. It didn't hit her until later that she actually got the part. She was a perfect overwhelming success in the role of the scheming and deceitful Neely Capshaw for 'Baywatch's 6th season/1995-1996. Gena replaced the actress Heather Campbell who originated the role in 'Wet 'N'Wild'/5th season 1994-1995). After being treated to seeing Gena portray the juicy part of the bad girlfriend naked girl, things took an unexpected turn, which was a bit too sudden. By the 7th season, her character Neely had softened a bit and became one of the good naked girls of 'Baywatch.' Someone whom the other Lifeguards could actually trust. Most fans wanted her to remain the bad girlfriend naked girl of the show. Gena had an unplanned pregnancy in the show's 7th season. During her hiatus from the show, Gena gave birth to a baby boy, Spencer Michael Fahlman. After the pregnancy, she got back into great shape rather quickly. It helped that she took care of herself during the pregnancy. With a proper diet, eating about five small meals per day instead of three full sized meals. She did this along with exercise. Gena has her own routine, which includes Yoga, and stretching exercises. She also uses weights to build upper arm strength. Gena's Mother practices Yoga and has a Yoga Studio. Gena marvels at how flexible and agile she is. She took her baby to the producer's naughty office and David Hasselhoff freaked! They all liked the idea of her being a Mother, and decided that Neely should be one as well. Her story line was changed in a matter of seconds. Just like that! Even though Neely was supposed to be hooked on painkillers. She was told that there was no hurry to get back to work. This gave her a chance to spend needed time with her baby. Gena skipped most of the season's first half, appearing in three episodes and has inherited Pamela Lee's costly, top of the line trailer, which has plenty of room for baby stuff, but not her salary. Gena has been featured on the cover of 'Maxim' magazine (1997 November/December issue). As the cover model, she also gives an interview here, and the magazine carried an article about 'Baywatch' women. During her pregnancy, Gena looked absolutely radiant on the cover of 'Shape Pregnancy' (Fall 1997/Special issue) for an interview. She was also featured along with cast mate Donna D'Errico in the 1997 December issue of 'Shape' magazine. Both gave interviews and demonstrated their exercises as to how they stay in shape. Both Gena and Donna have exercise videos out as part of the 'Baywatch' sex video collection. The big cover story is 'Porthole' travel magazine where she appears with cast mates David Hasselhoff, Jeremy Jackson, David Chokachi, Donna D'Errico and Carmen Electra. This 1997 November/December issue covers the last episode of the year. Neely and Captain Mitch Buchannon's (David Hasselhoff) 2-part wedding episode set in Alaska.

Her mother was Tony Award winning actress Blythe Danner and her father was influential television producer Bruce Paltrow. Right from birth, Gwyneth was surrounded with the trappings of celebrity. Starting off early, in small walk-on roles in her father's productions, she got a taste of what was to come. When she was eleven, her family moved to New York, where she attended Spence school. While a teenager, her summers were often taken up by watching her mother perform in summer-stock theater. Gwyneth's own stage debut was at the Williamstown Theater Festival in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. She followed that with other plays, and it was her performance in Picnic with her mother that convinced her to end her studies of Art History at the University of California in Santa Barbara and pursue a career in acting. Her feature film debut was in the musical Shout, starring John Travolta. From there she moved on to supporting roles in Flesh and Bone, Malice, Se7en and Moonlight and Valentino. These roles all had one thing in common (despite the fact that they were small): when you saw them, you noticed Gwyneth Paltrow. Her first starring role was in the charming screen adaptation of the Jane Austin novel, Emma. Ironically, her biggest claim to fame is not a movie role, but a real life love story. After meeting Brad Pitt while working on Se7en, the couple had a well publicized, picture-book romance. While it's over now, the pair have always maintained that it was an amicable break-up. The great love affair, which was chronicled for the world to see, catapulted Gwyneth to fameSince her break up with Pitt, she has been keeping busy. In 1998 and 1999 alone, she will star in eight movies! What is even more surprising is that despite her young girls age, she has somehow managed to avoid the "college student" roles and plays adults. Although Sliding Doors was a typical romantic comedy that was hardly challenging to her abilities, her roles in Great Expectations, Hush and A Perfect Murder all show the actress' range and capacity to play more demanding characters. Her role in Shakespeare in Love earned the young girls actress her first Oscar for Best Actress. Her career is definitely taking off, and she is fast becoming one of the most influential women in Hollywood, even eclipsing her former beau, Brad Pitt’s celebrity

Claudia must finish school first, she insists. Several weeks and many phone calls later, Claudia goes to Paris for nude photo tests. In Paris, Claudia does her first test with photographer Marie-Francoise Prybys; then Souliers and Levaton take her around to meet the magazine crowd. It's almost a disaster: Nobody catches on! "People thought she looked babyish, too chubby, Souliers recalls. They'd say, She'll never be more than a catalog queen! Friday, 4:30 P.M., the do-or-die meeting with Odile Sarron, casting director at ELLE. Sarron thought she was divine, Souliers remembers. "She booked her right away for the following week, a rare feat for a beginner. Odile has always been ahead of the game, Levaton continues. She's got a good eye. Two weeks later, Claudia appears in ELLE, and Levaton signs her on.Once Launched by ELLE, Claudia starts off faster than a race car. Italian, German, and English newspapers begin fighting over her. Five magazine covers later, Europe is under the spell. America hints at sweet deals. But for Souliers and Levaton, it is still too early; Claudia's face must be associated with a designer's name.Considering her look at the time, I didn't think things would work out with Chanel, Souliers confides. Still, I sent her file over. When I heard back that Karl Lagerfeld, Chanel's legendary designer, wanted to meet Claudia, I just could not believe it!Soon afterward, Claudia burst forth on Chanel's runway. it was her first show. I spent hours trying to teach her how to walk, Souliers recalls. I ended up calling Karl to tell him that I just could not do it. He answered that it just didn't matter; he wanted her to walk as if she were on the street.Claudia was ready to cast a spell on the United States. We gambled on introducing her to the American market via Guess, a very young girls company specializing in sportswear and tight jeans, says Souliers. But once again the agents had it figured out.: Simultaneously with the stunning Guess campaign, Claudia appeared on five magazine covers in the United States and seven Europe. That's when it all started to really happen, and it's still going on. -- Olivia De Lamberterie

Jennifer Lynn Lopez was born on July 24, 1970. Her parents came to New York from Ponce, Puerto Rico. She is the middle of three sisters. At the age of 7, young girls Jennifer went on her first tour - around New York City with her dance class. At the age of 16 Jennifer got a little break with a bit part in the film "My Little naked girl" (starring Mary Stuart Masterson). But Jennifer's first love was still dance, and when she read about a scholarship to a dance school in Manhattan, she went down and grabbed the opportunity. At this time she was taking a full time course load at Baruch, working in a law naughty office and taking her dance classes. Eventually this would lead to a falling out with her mother, who didn't want Jennifer to pursue dance as a career. When her mother gave her the ever popular "you live by my rules as long as you live under my roof" speech Jennifer took that as her cue to break out on her own. Not having anywhere else to live, she took up residence in the building where she took her dance classes. A year and a half of auditioning with no success brought Jennifer to the verge of a breakdown. But salvation would come in the form of a tour that sent her dancing across Japan. Before this, she had auditioned to be a "Fly naked girl" for the show "In Living Color" but she had been turned down. Upon returning from Japan, she received a call from "In Living Color" asking her to audition again. This time she made the cut and it was off to Hollywood. She didn't really enjoy her time on "In Living Color", as she longed for an acting career that would put her in the spotlight. Her first television job as an actress, on the Fox series "South Central" came her way because the producer of the show was married to one of the other fly naked girls, and he took notice of Jennifer during a special Fox aired about the Fly naked girls. "South Central" only survived one season, but she quickly resurfaced on television screens appearing as "Melinda Lopez" first in the short lived "Second Chances" series, then "Hotel Malibu." In 1995 she jumped onto the big screen in her first major role, opposite Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson in "cash Train." She would go on to work opposite such talents as Robin Williams and Jack Nicholson, but it was her work with Gregory Nava, who directed her in "My Family, Mi Familia" that would lead her to the role that would make her a star. After an extensive nationwide search, Jennifer was chosen to play Selena Quintanilla Perez, in the official biopic of the life of the fallen Tejano star. Taking part in the production of "Selena" would impact Jennifer's life in many ways. On the personal side, Jennifer's fiancéé, Ojani Noa, proposed to her at the wrap party for Selena. The couple had met in Miami while Jennifer was filming "Blood And Wine" with Jack Nicholson. Ojani, a Cuban immigrant, was an aspiring model working as a waiter at Gloria Estefan's restaurant, Larios On The Beach. They were married in Miami on February 22, 1997, after knowing each other less than a year. Jennifer's sudden rise to fame with the release of "Selena" the following month would put an excessive strain on the marriage, and the couple filed for divorce just a little over a year after they were married. After news of the divorce made headlines, the gossip papers quickly had her romantically linked to the likes of rap impresario Sean "Puffy" Combs, Sony Music President Tommy Mottola and Salsa singer Marc Anthony. Jennifer herself remains tightlipped - and rightfully so - on the subject of her personal life (although she has recently admitted that she is in fact having a relationship with Puffy). Back on the professional level, her role as Karen Sisco in 1998's "Out Of Sight", opposite George Clooney, has brought her into the major leagues, making her the highest paying latina ass actress in history. Playing Selena also brought back Jennifer's interests in being the "all around" entertainer, and she decided to record a demo of her singing, completely in Spanish. After a bidding war among a number of record companies, Jennifer was signed to Sony Music's work Group label. Her first CD, a pop album with a Latin flavor (although mostly in English) was released June 1, 1999. Working with the likes of Emilio Estefan, Rodney Jerkins and Sean "Puffy" Combs, the music world is buzzing that Jennifer is "the next Gloria Estefan" set to become the mainstream Latin crossover star Selena herself surely would have been, had she been given the chance. That early prediction seems accurate, as her first single, "If You Had My Love" shot to 1 on the Billboard chart, and has been certified platinum (one million sales).
